Please choose carefully when ordering but if your purchase is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it for a store credit. Please note return shipping for change of mind is at the customers expense.

All goods must arrive back to kind in their original condition with the original labels and tags attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We try our best to process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us.

If your item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help you out with a refund or a replacement. Also a refund for the return postage costs will be issued (please keep a copy of the receipt as proof)

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us at littlezemi@outlook.com

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you with options for re-shipment at the buyers expense.

Little ZEMI takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit. In case your parcel goes missing, please lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post.
