Refund policy
We encourage you to choose carefully when placing an order. If your purchase is not suitable, we are happy to offer a store credit. Please note that return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is at the customer's expense.
Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made to your specifications.
All non-personalised goods must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a refund or replacement and cover the cost of return shipping (please keep a copy of the receipt as proof).
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us at hello@littlezemi.com.au as soon as possible.
Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you with re-shipment options at your expense.
